I sit here blank staring at my screen
Trying to accept you're name not appearing on it

I will have to accept the decision that you will make
Whether that be to eliminate me from your daily routine
Or just stop by when you feel it ultimately necessary

When told I had to choose, I made it clear I would never walk away
Everything I say I represent in every way, until this day...
A friend I chose to stay
I feel the loneliness now as you turn to face the other way
No longer can I see your face smiling in the distance and I must say:
