Have you ever wished
you could go to the past to change
a drastic decision
you should of never made

i feel like that everyday
wishing back then i knew better
because if i went with my heart instead of my head
you and i would of been together

being so young
and so naive
i chose that which
did nothing good for me

and everyday i regret
not choosing you
and it took me to realize what i had
by loosing you

I wish i could turn back
Where I could safely take your hand in my own
and be so safe and secure
instead of feeling empty and alone

i wish i could go back
to when i was a winner in your eyes
and erase all the times
i made you cry

i wish i could go back
to the days that i was unsure
and tell myself that what i have for you
is worth fighting for

i wish i could go back
to right my wrongs with you
because i know now ,through it all
that i truly belong with you
