Rock a bye baby in the tree top,

Sweet to the mouth

After birth, thick and bulbous spew from your maw,
Sat back and exhausted,
Your mouth belches a fart,

You're just on another level by far baby...Organs was good, straight forward to the point, but Caesarean is imaginative and lets the reader take it how far they want. Maybe you shouldn't have left it like that so there would be NO DOUBT!!!
