"Destination: (Your Name here)"
  by marcuz aka moo

She searches for that feelin' and i wait for it
it is one of those feelings that makes life worth living
we can't touch but i still can feel her
i'm feelin' her
i can't hear her voice but i can see her words and her words only
i'm feelin' her words and i'm lonely
don't know if that feelin' is love or lust or just some other kind of connection
the only thing between us is she is there and i am here
our mutual feelings are oh so clear
i need our feelings to be also near
we discuss the definition of that feelin'
and it is she who i'm softly killin'
with my words and my words only
she says she's lonely
she say's she's feelin' my words
she's succ'n on my nouns and i'm eatin' her verbs
we're lost becuz we're in lust and we need directions
affections felt across a great distance
our destination is each other
we gotta get to one another
so we can be each other's luvher
but how will we know when we've made it to our destinations
we try to get to love but always end up in lust or just some other kind of connection
when all goes wrong it's time for correction
we continue to wonder if love is that feelin' that we're feelin'
if so then it's our destination
i'm feelin' fear as well cuz i'm afraid we'll never make it there with all of lust's procrastinating
i'm afraid to wish you were here so i won't
i'm afraid a wish is somethin' that you want to come true but it don't
i'm afraid to search for that feelin' so i don't
she is not so she continues to search
but i continue to wait
i want to get up and search as well but somethin' is holdin' me down
fear and lust weighs alot i think it's the weight
the both of us want to get to our destinations but for some reason right now we can't

Tha Conffesion:

aight i have a comfession to make.
my stlye of writein' is strongly inspired by music
as well as ohter things i've expirenced or seen in life like many other poets.
and my favorite group is Outkast and my favorite m.c. is Andre' 3000.
and on the album stankonia tracc 20 gangsta shit andre says
(yo bitch is succ'n on my nouns and i'm eatin' they verbs get full...)
i feel kinda guilty or wutever cuz i'm "bitein' " in a way.
that line fit perfectly with my poem so i had to do it.
i hope u still like my poem regardless tho'. duece out...
