Once, a few months ago, out everything meant nothing
Thought that hate poems were the solution for it all
Thought that arguments could control each other, and piece back together broken pieces,
but it only created more
Decided to chase each other through rain forest,
thinking we'd mistake each others tears of pain for raindrops
Figured that we had seen it all, been there, done that,
when maybe the missing piece to the puzzle of our lives
was each other
Months later, here I am writing this poem
Hoping now, I could possibly get you to understand how much I love you
How much I need you, because something's, you just get
Because even thought we have friends that mean everything,
friends that we're so close to...
they still don't have that same blood
We can't do those little things around them,
compared to around each other
Cause when our friends make us mad, every little thing they've done to hurt us,
laces together
And when we're mad, we don't stop to automatically trust them,
again
Because with blood, with a sister..
maybe trust started off naturally
I used to worry about the words spoken around you,
but now I'm almost sure that you won't damage it
Used to argue over the dumbest things
Childish...immature, not realizing what we've come to realize now
And I think that we were never meant to be
PRINCEss'
Maybe time wasted on hating and forgetting how much love has played us
Cause it was never worth the pain, anyway's
Just make things a little easier if we both would have let go
to hold the love of friendship instead of the friendship of love
Speaking of love...
We have that sisterly type love
Twins of a delicate mirror reflection to create room for individuality
We bring forth what has been hidden inside for the longest time
And I guess since we never did kill each other with this hate,
then it has only made us stronger
Only bought us closer at heart
The deepest heart of a poet and the most dynamic heart of a actress
Hate tore us apart and love bought us together
So I guess in the middle, between it all, we both held fear
Never even knew that I'd be writing this poem
Smiling at the thought of you and me, like best friends
But only LIKE twins, because we look alike on the outside,
but inside is our differences
Only LIKE twins, LIKE best friends,
cause we ARE...
Sisters.
