"GIVE ME A CHANCE"

GIVE ME A CHANGE

(Chorus)

Why don’t you give me a chance? // I play basketball I dance// First I stay still then I make a quick move// What else do I have to prove? // I know in my heart and mind I can do// But the only way to prove to you, is to show you// Trying to put so much energy in my show// Just like I put a lot of energy in my flow//

(Verse 1)

Why wont’ you give me a chance? // My heart is the key of my game// I will make sure my game will change// When I play defense on the floor I’m hungry for it// Believe it or not I’m in it! // On the boards you have to fight// Once I make my move everyone is sight// I look into the enemy eyes of an image of self-fleshed repeatedly// HA HA SO SERIOUSLY!!! // Just before the make their more I can see what they’re about to do// Fo’ Sho – No move was being made so I attack// I took a chance…Gave myself a chance to pass my limit// That’s that never turn my back// This is just one side of me// Not feeling any insecurity//

(Verse 2)

I need for you to give me a chance// I can’t stop now// Do you see where I started from? // I’m smart not dumb// I’ll do what ever it takes-I want this more than anything// Bring out my A game// The things that I achieve//That’s what make me, “me” // If I have to start from the beginning // Then I’ll do it all over again// So I can get another chance// I won't be a weak… that’s not me…. I’m strong// If I make mistake won’t be all wrong// Why would you try and take away what I love? // In my dreams I fly like a beautiful dove// Always thinking of…// Just have to make it// (I said to my self in a whisper)… Oh Lord please give me a chance// I’m ready for the next level// More than a little// I took my weakness and made it stronger// keep It and stay longer//

(Verse 3)

I know I only live one life// I rather keep going than anything else// it’s important that you give me another chance// I’ve accomplish so much in the past// I like to go fast// Check out my past// I’ll start out slow so I can work my way to go fast// Once I accomplished, I’m finished// Just look inside me...in to my eyes can’t you see how much I want this…// In my dream there’s a mist, me dribbling a ball dressed up ready to play// She’s… I… ready to stay// Love the feel of the basketball, Love t bounce and spin it on my finger// I am that true baller… // Ballin’ and I are like friends//
