"I Consider You..."
  by MzSpoon

Many women and men have it and they know how to use it.
Some try to abuse it…
Misuse it because they don’t know its true power.
It comes in all forms and fashions.
However, we must learn to ration
The passion –if overdone, its affects are ruined.
It’s dynamo when launched
It’s a shoe win.
Can you exude it as you walk down the street?
I see you walking, and you’re rocking the latest street fashion to the Hip-Hop beat.
Try to keep
The mood of it
Ooze it
Out of your very being.
Sometimes, it’s on the surface and you’re not even meaning
To do that magic that you do.

But you

Have to

Be you

In every sense of the word.
To try to be someone else is really absurd.
And then at other times, you have to pay attention to the minor details.
Take in this new scent—breathe in and exhale.
Your new found power is causing some interesting repercussions
And as we examine a viewer’s face we see them flushing
From all of the blood rushing from one place to another.
It may be in the way she smiles as her loved one as he tells her a private joke.
It may be in the way he looks at her as he strokes

Her hair away from her face

Style and grace
Is in the mystery

But for me…

It’s in the way you seem to know me
In all of my glory
And pretences
You break down my fences
Finish my thoughts and my sentences
When I tell you what I’m going through from day to day.
It’s in your special nickname you call me…I can hear you say

Shanay

All of my exasperation
And frustration has melted away.
It’s in the way you look at me when I’m not paying attention
And then you mention that you want to kiss me.
It’s in the way you consider me when I’m blue from some unconscionable source in my path
That has caused a minor bump in the road.
You help me to unload
The foolishness that can be a burden if I don’t unfold
And pour it all out to you—

My Boo…

It’s in the way that you make me laugh when I don’t want to
Because I want to feel my emotions,
But your devotion to me won’t let it be
Because you like seeing me happy instead of sad.
You like me glad
And I’m so happy that I met you.
It’s in the way you take my mind in other directions and make me think unconventionally
About my spirituality
And what God has called me to be.

Me!

It’s in the way that you honor me when I’ve been through so many traumatic situations—your evaluations of my variations of relationships make me consider you

SEXY!!!
