But I love words because through it I express every emotion I feel

It keeps my heart running

Spoken Word keeps me sane, it allows me to be free
Not holding anything back, it allows the whole world to see
Why I keep doing it
I Love haikus (I Love the power in every line I write)
It keeps me in shape
It keeps me going
From my brain to my body, to my hands and feet
From my heart and my soul, to the rhythm...to the beat...
It just feels so right

Where I can display a hug without hugging, a kiss without kissing,
Love without loving, anger without punching,
Excitement without screaming, Sadness without crying...
It keeps me alive
Because of the beautiful movements it exhibits...
