"~If i could~"
  by MixedYellaBeauty

~If i could~

If you could stand before me
I would leave on you, a kiss
I would take you in my arms
And tell you just how much you’re missed
I would look into your eyes and discover the mysteries there
We would sort them out one by one
And handle them with care
And when all said and done
The victory we’ll have won
And all the pain and hurt laid aside
I will find you walking by my side
So until that day
My king, hold you head high
And entertain the though that somewhere up ahead
There is a place for you and I
