"Intentional"
  by *Rainbow*

You made me so angry with you
Couldn’t make myself drift to dreams
Yesterday.
I turned the knobs
Drew myself a warm bath.
Added food coloring
To the rising water.
Say still in a vengeful red
Thinking about the words,
You used to try and attack my pride.
I wanted to see what I looked like
Swimming in my own emotion.
Let water drip from bare skin
Imagining the sounds I wanted to hear
As heavy bass to damage my eardrums.
I visualized cranking up every notch
To destroy my hearing.
I want to be deaf to your presence
My love for you succumbing and never coming back.
