"Letter for you Momma..."

A Song for Mama - Boyz II Men

Momma

When you read this, I’ll have just sat you down in front of the computer and when you hear the song playing you will remember I dedicated this to you on your birthday some years back…oh goodness,I know the tears may slowly start to fill those big brown eyes of life…

So I’ll give you a big tight hug, from behind as you’re sitting in the chair,a smooch on the cheek, and walk out of the room for I want you to be able to take it all in without any distractions…

You’ll see the Roses, I’ve added in a few places on here for you and you’ll say, "awe my goodness how beautiful they are" your hand to your mouth eyes a little watery already, and just think you haven’t even started yet…

The Roses, they are beautiful, aren’t they? Yes, they are, I tried my best to find the most gorgeous ones of all...I know they are your favorite flower of all time, for a little chuckle it isn’t even the fact that your last name for the last 46 years happens to be “Rose”

If I may say, someone, something, somewhere, made this universe in
all its divine innocence mysterious wonders decided to make mankind
and thus you came…

You didn’t start out in life being a rose…you began as a little seedling, that grew, your stem, your back bone, your thorns, your protection, your strength, your leaves, your fire, your desire for life living thru each step of growing and learning the many things ... at the end of the day to this day and many more to come gave you full bloomed pedals and in each one of them its own story of uniqueness that made you the woman you are…

A woman who to look at you, your beauty, aging very gracefully who could imagine you have survived such brutality in your young life, we all call wars, World War II, Hitler you heard, Hitler you saw, Hitler made your childhood a living hell fire pit as if it were a volcano erupting and the lava spewing destroying everything in its path...

You’re many stories of horror, of fear, the bombs whistling in your ears, body trembling as you were running, trying to find bunkers dodging for cover, and praying to God, just let it be over...

So long ago that was, you grew, You Survived...you put one foot in front of the other and fought for your life…Thru all of that and so much more, you are the strongest woman I know...

Your soul, deep and vast like the ocean, the waves splashing, winds blowing, thunder and lightening, your emotions, your mystery, your fire of passion to live never to give up striving for the strength to continue to stand for what you believed in... No matter what, no matter who looked down onto you for whatever may have been their reasons, you fought the roughest seas, the wildest of storms...

You see my lady, I want you to know, I love you with my entire soul... I want you to know, I appreciate you, thank you, for being you, the woman that you grew into...a woman who taught me never forget where you came from…Never be ashamed of who you are, always stand tall never be afraid to speak your mind, speak your heart, no matter how high you must go to win that fight for what’s right in love and life…no matter how young or old, nor the color of your skin…stood by your man, fighting battles, for family, friends, for love, for your rights for freedom…to forgive even though you may never forget…

You have taught me to be the best woman in every aspect of life, I learned from the best teacher, you my beautiful lovely queen, my lady of all ladies my Mother…

MY ROSE of all ROSES

Ich Liebe Dich,
Your daughter Kissy xx

Imagine that...i used to sing this song to my moms...remembered well and played it over and over again...yes praise the day that they came to be...your words powerfully express your love, and i'm sure she knows...she has to because you put it out with sincerity and compassion...fortunate she and fortunate you to have each other...so continue enjoy each day as it is a sweetness to cling on to
