Lately my back’s been against the wall trying to fight for your love.
But with all that I did, it was never enough to prove that it was you I loved.
But this isn’t a one-sided story I am not perfect or asking for glory for being a good man.
Just releasing some of the pain that my heart and mind struggle with, deep down within.
Lady E we could have been perfect together just you and me, against all odds we could never be beat.
But instead some things were said that neither party meant to say, so I apologize for my part in our pathway to ruin.
So I humble myself to make an open apology for some of the things that transpired between we.
I don’t expect anything from you just that you be blessed in all you do and know that no one is perfect until you fall in love with them.
But I’m a man bout mine and no ill gotten words will escape my lips aimed at you.
But love’s lost in this gentleman due to the games that got played on my heart throughout my life.
My kids are my main focus now that I am a single man released back into the ocean for the next caster to nab.
But this is my life, short, sweet, and on display as if my life were like a movie.
But in this motion picture I don’t get the girl… instead I get let go, so I guess the genre of this picture.
Can be labeled as an inspirational Drama to the masses before and after me and you that will go through what we went through.
My message to the fellas is that another day awaits and happiness for real men are not far away.
And ladies we as men are not perfect but when we love you, you no longer walk on solid ground but instead placed on a pedestal.
Because in our minds (Real men that is) you are worth more than Platinum and Gold.
