in my mind is her existence
am i worthy of her excellence?
i see her without vision
in an instant the thought of -beauty.
in my dreams i see her face stare at me until I'm awake
her image of essence i follow...
holding this message in a bottle...marching next to my shadow
walking thru my mind trying to catch her perfection
wonder how much time will it take to get her
my eyes leak obsession for her heart
screaming for her to stop her waltz
i stumble my words as i talk
and wonder if she feel my voice illuminate my heart
her beauty is of art...
the work of natural science
dark skinned blackest diamond
...a precious dime worth priceless in my mind
but in my mind is all she is...
looking for her face everyday in reality
step throughout society searching for this queen
first quest on my list..to figure out if she exist
my last glimpse of her was the night before
miss her face....the mist of rain kiss my face
and i tear drop for her....pondering her
wondering is it such natural royalty i dream of.
as the sun sets...
the moon lets out light with a beam
i lay my mind into ease....
and at midnight my eyes deepen into sleep
i awaken in my dreams walking thru fantasy...
alone with the clouds and skies
alone with the moon and stars
and my glowing heart....
i call out for her....my voice travels into the dark
....i search for her shadow and listen
unknowing she is within inches...
in an instant she kissed my soul....and i asked for her hand to hold
i asked her to make me understand....
...she hushed my voice and grabbed my hands...
her eyes began to bling...and the spread of her wings made the night sing.
she slides a diamond ring on my finger...
it sparkles and twinkles
....i told her...."i need you"...."my love for you is so deep"
i asked for her voice.....she did not speak....
she kissed my lips.... and swept my feet and took my breath
it was so hard to breathe looking into the eyes of a queen
i asked her why is it all a dream....
....she finally replies....
"just believe"
i awake from the most elegant of dreams....
the rays of the morning sunshine gleams....
twinkling the sparkle in my new diamond ring....
cant wait to fall back asleep....to lay in her essence
and take of her excellence....and engage in her elegance
...married to my dreams....until i see her face inside reality
