About Me:

I am a 32 year old quadropoligic with 2 young children. I was injured in a auto accident in 2000. Poetry gives me a way to express my pain of living disabled. My kids are 10 and 4. I had 1 before my injury and 1 while I have been paralyzed. My new world makes it difficult for me to be understood and taken seriously. This form of expression helps me not to feed into this life changing event.
