The Secret - Universal Law of Attraction
  May 09, 2008 at 12:38 PM

The simplest definition of The Universal Law of Attraction is that like attracts like. You may also think of yourself as a living magnet. Most importantly, you get what you think about, whether wanted or unwanted.

You are attracting, right now, the people in your life, jobs, situations, and the list goes on. When you think positive thoughts, positive things are sure to head your way. When you think negative thoughts, negative things are going to be coming at you left and right.

if you want The Universal Law of Attraction to work for you, instead of against you, you first must realize that you are creating your life with your thoughts. This may mean some real soul searching is going to take place for you. Instead of being the victim in your life, and letting things happen to you, you are going to have to realize that you and you alone, are responsible for what happens in your life.

Secondly, you have to work on changing your thoughts into a more positive direction. When a negative thought enters into your mind, you are going to have to try and catch that negative thought. Stop yourself, and turn that around into something positive. Just by doing something as simple as catching yourself, you will change your entire life around.

Then, to put this into practice, there are four things you must do.

You must be very clear, very precise on what it is that you want

You must visualize exactly what it is that you want

Take action. When you are visualizing it, you must put all of your feeling into it. If it's a home that you would like to be able to purchase, visualize that home. Visualize every detail, and then really 'feel' yourself there in that home. What does it feel like to walk through the front door for the very first time? What does it feel like to walk into your new kitchen? What color are the walls? What does the furniture look like? How does it make you feel to be there?

Allow it to happen. Let the idea go into the Universe to match the vibrations you have just put out. Be doubt-free. Expect it as if you already have it. Below I added the audio book for those of you who would like to listen. (press play)
