I love how you used the descriptions of body parts to emphasize growth and the similarities that the two of you share...I want a friendship like that...God only gave me sisters lol...this poem made my morning poet - Just when I thought that GS was facing it's own Great Depression

The sound of your tears amplified as I began to read further on...almost as if I were searching for you in the beginning and trying to find the face behind the voice...and at the end of the poem...I found you

I loveeeee this poem, the lines that particularly stood out to me and lit a lightbulb in my head : "Because we're passionate about our written symbolic form of church Letting our family's spirit soar "- I refer to Poetry as my religion because it functions the same way that a religion does...and to eachother we preach. Through our experiences we present blessings... I'm very inspired...thank you.
