I felt this 300% I once had an addiction to a drug, not gone say which one, lol, but I can definitely say it changed my whole thought process. But not even a drug can do that. Being addicted to a person or a lifestyle or ANYTHING changes your perception of certain things. Sometimes for the better and unfortunately sometimes not. I think your piece conveyed that really well. Very deep poem. Loved it.

dayum this was almost real hard to get thru...my interpretation of this is that when someone is in their own state of addiction, especially alcohol or drug addiction, they may see all these things as right because their minds is kinda jacked up nah mean...very thought provoking piece
