My life's a constant battle
So tears are shed daily
And it's crazy.......
Cause the moment I find a chance to smile,
That's when It attacks me
And it hits me,
From every corner of my life.
It drags me into the grounds of
Hurt, Pain, and Strife,
Seeking to take my life,
So with anger I fight,
Doing all I can to save my life!
But I like......

He said.....

"Daily, Life is a battlefield.
If you fight with anger, you are the problem.
But if you fight with joy, then you are the solution."
So I come with the conclusion
That I gotta be the solution
To conclude the hurt and confusion
I was facing in the first place.......!
But now, My life's conclusive!
Cause there are no questions & doubts!
Gave it over to God so that he can work it out!
My life is still a battlefield, but I face it with a different mind frame
Handing over my lifes joystick so God can change the game
So nothing's the same............Except
The tears, but not as much tears;
The pain, but not as much pain; the hurt, but not as much hurt
Why? Cause I gave it over to God and he dun worked
It out..Made it easy for me to walk it out
But no doubt
I've been places ya'll don't even know exist.
Not naturally so, but mentally so.
And all those places in my mind,
I allowed them to become a part of me..

I didn't wanna see
But God was preparing me
And shaping me
And molding me
Into the warrior he wants me to be
Instaliing in me
The tools
That I can use
To set these sinners free

There are cats out there livin the peson I used to be

Being my testimony
I strive to reach lives
And bring'em back to Christ
Working hard to keep hope alive
In the eyes
Of Individuals Who can't see it now

To be that soilder God wants me to be

Cause I have no other choice in the matter!
Wife can't slow me down
Kids can't slow me down
And as of yesterday
There's no doubt in my mind
Cause I know God is working it out
And even though this battle gets hard sometimes
I remain on higher ground
With victory still being mine!
