Manifested in physical form
My rhyme walking the streets
Like sunlight breathing life
Into dawn

I've often wondered
If my muse
Would be anything but
A figment of my imagination
Then here you come
Proving that thought equates creation
My metaphors walking upright
Giving my thoughts standing ovations
My similes running to kiss me
My spoken word touching me
Invoking nasty sensations
My living poetry
Whispering,
"Give in.....to temptation"

I think you are that mindgasm
I've sometimes hinted about
That mind f*%k
I've often written about
That prophetic wisdom
Which I can't see myself living without
So I gave him life
Throughout my pages

Say it ain't so....

I'm trying to rewind my mind
To the times when
I grafted you through my wrists
Were you somehow part of my visions
Was there something I missed

I scoured my pages and found you
Pieced together in my lines
Like my subconscious had you plotted
Intricately designed
Now here you are
Written into existence
Like my sentence longed to be free
My similes
Waiting to kiss me
You are
