Need not say much to paint a perfect picture
Need not be to your standards but I can handle your stricture
Need not have been my life in order to seem real
Need not be fiction in order to be something you can feel
Need not be the answers to life’s simple questions
Need not be commented but I’m up for suggestions

No, it’s not the ink that speaks to you
&
No, you need not believe to achieve
It’s the thoughts on my mind in which you conceive
No, it’s not my hope that you will understand me completely
It’s after you read in which your conception will complete me

Poetry:

• noun: any communication resembling poetry in beauty or the evocation of feeling

Metrical:
• adjective: the rhythmic arrangement of syllables

Evocation:
• noun: imaginative re-creation


Read the words as they are set forth quietly undone
Let your imagination unscramble the colors that run
Bottled up emotions in each sentence
You may place in your mind right at the entrance
Judge the words as you see best fit
Cause what you read is what you get and this is it.
