I never thought
The idea would appeal to me
To be someone’s little secret

Yet here I sit
Head in my hands
Thought I could trust myself

I never thought
I would want you
As much as I do

Yet here I stand
Contemplating my next move
How to continue without losing you

I never thought
I would lust for the impossible
Torn between regurgitation and digestion

Yet here I lie
Alone in my bed
Still thinking bout your ass

Damn girl...if I don't know these feelings all to well. Sitting there wondering how your mind ever led you to accept an inferior position of secrecy...but emotions will do that to you. And even though you feel so perplexed about it, you still trying to keep the secret alive.
