Pretty she
Came pretty
Packaged
Fully equipped
With
No Manuals
Slightly he
Drifted slightly
Not knowing
What
To do
What was once,
His prize possession
Became an obsession
Until questions of confessions
Became quite
Draining
Pretty she
Came pretty
Packaged
Fully equipped
Batteries not
Included
No Energizers
To revamp her
Tired spirit
Or to boost her stroll
When the walk
Became
Weary
Impatient he
Grew impatiently
Not knowing
Time was
Her
Ever-ready
Uneasily she
Became uneasy
From misunderstanding
Too demanding
Always commanding
He
He became
Frustrated and displeased
With pretty she
That came
Pretty packaged
And once
Kept him
Pleased
Forgetting that
She
Came with
No manual
No return policy
No batteries
To revamp
Her drained spirit
Stupid he
Stupidly disposed
Of this prize possession
His once obsession
Because he
Didn’t realize
Life was the manual
It was suppose to be forever
And together they’re
Love Was to
Revamp both drained spirits
Now his trash
Became another’s
Treasure
Another’s pleasure
Love with no measure
Unlike he
Another realized
That when it comes
To pretty she
this wsa so slever....too many times poeple don't want to put in work to make sure thier relationship works...it takes alot to recognize what it takes....and sometimes people give up ....well done
If that isn’t brilliant, I don’t know what on earth is. It was totally out of the box. It was kind of funny though because through out the poem it made me think of toy story. I love your creativity and message. I don’t say LOVE very often to poetry but that was TRULY ingenious! Defiantly a 10!
