My mind not at peace
Blessings given to those who wait

They do…..Wait …as I slumber
Born with a veil
I see an they intern see me

Feeble am I to think they leave me alone
For when I think I have accomplished
They remind me I have wronged

For a moments rest I give my sanity
For they haunt me
Expose my nature to a chill

Too bathe… would they leave me
No ……..they cradle me
For they reside in me

There is no rest for this weary
They arrived at birth along with me

Weightless and heavy

They are who I am
I am who they perceive me to be

Awake walking beside me
Slumber they nestle me
They dwell in the pit of my belly

They are faceless emotions of contempt
The quietness of unspoken words
Heard loudly

Possessed within they are my bounty
Don’t be afraid come to me…

My soul not alone
