once upon a time.. there was a man everyday was a struggle
either on his grind packing dimes on his hustle
in love with the streets but stuck with the rubble
his dreams would soon crumble but, soon came a angel
a girl with a life like mine, the eyes the essential to shine
the potential to make me street blind.. so I..
didn't think i would fall in love, thought this relationship was just to play
so I tried to play, then became the mistake,
then the intake every breath i took would break,
i looked into her eyes..
..suddenly, i realized.. i need her by my side
i need her to be my future wife, i need her in my life..
she is the answer, the way outta my strife
i thought she was heaven sent.. but i guess we didn't know what are futures meant.. i mean.. i had to keep her with me, she was the best i ever had
n she was so dreamy.. so i fell in love, got outta the streets
got outta the grind, got a normal job, got a normal life..
started living with her, then she starting giving her love to me..
the struggles was almost over..but it was still above me.. n behind me
so i had to find a way to escape but there wasn't a way
so i took what i had to take, now are love is forever it will never break
