We sit and allow our kids to crucify themselves with drugs
Our politicians complain about natural resources becoming rare
If we dont stop this crucifiction our most important resource will become extinct

We sit and talk about how our kids are no good
There parents talk about how undisciplined they are
Hmm isnt it the parents role to bring up our kids positively

We sit and watch people hundreds of kilometers away die from starvation
But sit and ignore the children nextdoor that havent eaten properly for months
What happened to love thy neighbour

The world around us is getting smaller
The problems are getting closer
It is time for us to look after each other
Love they neighbour as tough loves thy self
Stop the petty crap and look after our kids

They say that our children are our future
Unless our schools pickup their game
Unless our politicians stop feathering their own nests
Unless us as adults start to care
We will have no future
And neither will our most precious resource
