"Pray and Fast and Let Go"
by I Am Real...I Am Tru
  - This Poem is a response to the poem Confessions: Trapped In My Sexual Impurities by A.J. Rhymez

as i say to u and i say to other this is for u listen
i sit here praying to god asking him to forgive me for what i have done, forgive me for the thing i have done in life, forgive me for the wrong i have done...man u know what i have been asking good for the same thing and u know what i ask u this good do u hear me and u know what he told me,"Prayer
5 "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. 7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
9 "This, then, is how you should pray:
" 'Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,

10 your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.

11 Give us today our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, [a]
but deliver us from the evil one. [b]'

14 For if you forgive others when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

and he came me n told me this too,"Fasting
16"When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show men they are fasting. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. 17But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, 18so that it will not be obvious to men that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you."so u know what i did i pray one for time and fast and u know what i put all that i had into it and put everything i have ever done... and today i can say i am free from what i have done and i know that when i let god and didnt worry about how the story ends and i let him take over i was set free...so n saying this let go and let god
have a bless day
