riding the streets of the Chi
doing death-defying tricks,I'm so fly
its either skate or die

Because I come from the hood
where everydays a struggle
don't carry a peice,don't dope deal, skating is my hustle
I been doing it since I was six
I'm always at the park
perfectly executing 50-50s and kickflips
from morning til after dark

People want to see me fall
even though I sometimes get scraps and bruises
I refuse to lose
from what I love,I will never withdrawl
because it seems likes this board
with four wheels
is the only thing that gets me through tough ordeals
so I'ma keep skating
even though people keep hating
because with this skateboard
I'm so fly
I can touch the sky
