"So Easily Broken"
  by MR. BYRD

Again, I'm writing off so many variables of divorces out there today ya dig.....to the point that now a days, divorce seems like the easy way out when it comes to marriage to the point that people don't even bother getting married ya dig.....is it that we lack the committment, loyalty, communication and other attributes??? You chose your best answer...until then, I hope you like the poem....Mr. Byrd tha KINGPIN

Tell me...why we're not committed to be with one another
I thought me and you were living in holy matrimony
We were talking about living happily ever after
Reaching for our goals, but reality pays the toll
When we fight and argue out of our minds and outta control
Now we saying shit to each other that we don't even mean
I'm the one to fight to the end, even if it hurts
You remember when took them vows for better or for worse
You feel we came into this marriage in the wrong mind frame
I'm in the right mind frame, just not down with playing games

If true love is like finding a needle in a haystack
Why do we lack the hearts to keep our marriages intact
We're no longer engaged, we're here on the center stage
Of our life..I'm your husband, you are my wife
Now a days we see in marriages where a person thinks twice
As if they was rolling the dice on fidelity
You saying we can't work this out...what are you telling me?
That we ain't gonna make it?
I thought we left our dirt in the past
We don't need to break up, we need to make this last...

We're in and out of court due to you filing for child support
You aborted this marriage because you couldn't take it anymore
How I supposed to feel if you don't love me anymore
It feels like my soul was taken away
Everyday that I wake up, I'm under a dark rain cloud
I never thought i would see the day I would see a divorce
From walking down the aisle, to the honeymoon, and now
What we supposed to tell the kids about me and you now
It hurts to even hear the voice or the sounds
That me and you are completely divorced now

*** Real talk folks....if you're married....let's continue to work them out...I know it's easier said than done than in most instances, but lets continue to stay together and work this out.......
