"Ten Thousand Existences"
  by Brokenvegtable
  - This Poem is a response to the poem Ten Thousand Times Infinity by Yisel [jeez-eL]

For ten thousand existences I have not had you
Time seems slow
Beats went by to fast
A race against the past
And for a moment I though I was to be lost

What do I owe the pleasure
To be today in this company
Of that which I have searched
Through each existence as though it was not mine
Just to find one love
That would be mine

I see just how clear it needs to be
The time in which I took
To make it all seem right
In the end does not ever begin
To compare…..

I would easily spend
Ten thousand more if it meant we could stay together
Forever
But as each day goes by
I know that this is a mere stop in time
And life will go on after we have been here
And to look again
Out into the vast life
And undertake the search

For something I would give ten thousand existences more…just to be in your arms again
