"The Blackman and the Cockroach"
  by KwameAsar

One the banks of the river Nile
a blackman sat upon a rock
to this left, he noticed a spot
just as this spot began to approach
the blackman noticed that is was merely a cockroach

As soon as the blackman's foot starting twitchin'
the cockroach shouted, "blackman, this ain't your kitchen"
"why is you trying to stop me like the villian,
when basically blackman I'm just like you chillin"

Astonished the blackman replied,
"Alright Mr. Cockroach, I will let you slide
anyway, to hang with me it takes much pride
the fact is that we both been facing
organized plans of attempted extermination."

Mr. Cockroach retorted, "Blackman, sho ya right,
which is why I stay out the kitchen of Mr. White
for me, he developed boric acid and a spray called Raid
but for you he developed crack and a disease called AIDS

They both laughed and departed
cockroach went West and blackman went East
having friendship in each other to say the least
the moral to this story having been clearly demonstrated
the Blackman nor the Cockroach can never be faded.

This was brilliant and a social wakeup to say the least. The way you pen your lyrics makes the whole scenery easy to imagine and view in a person's mind. Simply a very thoughtful and witty drop you have here.

You go guy. This is another one. Is it funny or tragic. It reminds me of those two masks of the theater, you know, the smile and the frown, It sort of seems like you could have invented them, Wonderfully talented is my definition of you and your work. Keep writing and I'll keep reading! 10 stars and a fav.
