Drinking, winking, and smiling too,
Cussing, laughing, then thrilling you.
All day long and the night through,
Having fun, was all I wanted to do.

Seductive and sexy as I went along,
my heart always singing a blues song.
I already knew I was doing wrong,
being in places that I didn't belong.

Always taking men into my bed,
never, ever having to clear a head.
Then, when JESUS came into my life,
HE released me from all my strife.

While I am running this Christian race,
HE's paved my path with mercy and grace.
GOD loved me so, HE then saved my soul,
then sacrificed HIS SON, to make me whole.

Surely, you would not die just for me,
Can any one of you walk on the sea?
I am so glad that HE kept me around,
I am so happy to be heaven bound.
