Crowns of glory....

Grace.
Demanding you acknowledge
her existence, she will
show you favor when you do...
more than a few whispered words
before the digestion of dinner...
grace deserves to be
a way of living...
She will stand by your side
whether you reach out for her or not...
always there for you...all you need do...
is speak her name.
When you feel unworthy
of her undying loyalty to you...
you are right...you never will be worthy
of all that Grace offers to you...
yet she is right there...always there...
for undeserving you.
Outwardly she shines the
internal melodies of her soul...
her light paving the way
for your journey through life.

Mercy...
Grace's lovely counterpart.
She be one of the greatest...
the most beautiful...she will
feel the woe of those around her...
cry the tears of the forlorn...
and battle the oppression
of the downtrodden and broken.
She will hide the faults of the
transgressors... veiling them
in the name of the Creator...
when others would seek blood shed...
mercy pleads the blood of Jesus.
Her presence is not unlike
the gentle rains falling
from the Heavens above...
and those that absorb her presence...
blessed upon their blessing.

When grace and mercy come together...
Peace is sure to join...
she is the open hand...
held out and waiting
for the needing... she is
the voice of angels
lilting amidst war-torn winds...
she leaves the sky
sparkling with the glimmer of diamonds.
Unlike grace and mercy...
she is not always there...
hers be a conditional presence...
but when all is laid out for her....
yours shall be an atmosphere
of freedom...liberation...
a time to fly without
inhibition...

The three crowns of glory...
Grace, Mercy, and Peace...

Oh how I long to lounge eternally
in their presence...
