Sittin on the train writing my thoughts
Fighting against time but its all my fault
Running late, praying hard
The rain keeps pouring yet I disreguard
Thinkin on yesterday, an ugly turn out
Two close associates, a hurtful fallout
Did I do the right thing? But I just spoke my mind
I had to tell him like it was cause he was gettin out of line
Once he crossed it, it was finished
He should've kept it to himself, look what happened
But on the other hand I'm glad he's gone
I feel so free so it couldn't be wrong
He stormed out in anger, his whole face changed
His face turned scorchin red, he looked derranged
But today is another day, and yesterday was confusing
But to most of my friends it was quite amusing
I just don't get why he could be mad
All cause I told him he was old enough to be my dad
Truth Hurts huh?
