"Until it's too late..."
  by Snickaz

Everyone that has passed,
Never heard the words I love you,
I never got to say I love you,
Or that they were appreciated,
And now,
I may be losing another,
Damn,
What the hell am I gonna do,
Without my grandmother,
She does so much for us,
So much for me,
She does it all,
And for 17 years,
I couldn't see,
Just how important she was,
Years filled with fussing n fighting,
But I never wanted that,
And if she dies,
I have no clue what I'll do,
But I'll make sure that I get to say,
I love you...

These words are the best thing that you can give your grandmother. Praying for you my D&P.
