Who wrote the bible..? i believe it was us - Man,
we filled it with contradicting verses
often, at times to difficult,
for me to understand.
I believe there is something out there
a He or She that surpasses all of us...
i was raised by this book
conditioned to place in it, all my faith and trust.

Pondering...

from this book preachers will preach
but so many, that do not follow the word that they teach.
I do not consider a specific building or church
to be a sanctified place,
but i do believe that my faith and spirituality
can surround me and others in any space.

I tithe in (my own way) :)
yes,
i refuse to give my 10% to you
for pews...
and your electricity bills that are due,
or whatever else non-church thing you see fit to contribute it too.
But i will buy food and clothes for the homeless
contribute to every charity i see.
Happily place five dollars
in the collection,
of those sitting at Wal-Mart.....
considering it such a minimal fee
to hopefully help them set their own spirit eternally free.

Maybe i should apologize for following (my written) word
or maybe you should judge me
and consider me to be completely absurd
but if you really, truly, fully knew me
i think that you too
would completely understand and agree.
I have followed all ten commandments and the golden rule
but if religion is so perfectly perfect
why are we not allowed to discuss it in school?
Maybe im just a crazy random fool.

But unlike these so called -- preachers and religion,
with me there is no contradiction
you get what you see....i bare no false depiction,
and from me you get no ugly jurisdiction,
i give no belittling critique and constant conviction.

So i should apologize...???

for believing we are part of something so diverse
and for not allowing myself to fully immerse,
for not limiting myself to the text of this one book
but for searching for answers and to continuously look.
I believe there is something higher,
and one day it will aallllllllll come to light and transpire
but i have freed myself from simple simplicity
for it is this unattainable knowledge that my soul wishes to acquire...
