Why do you fight
When there is another way?!
Come, come into my sight
Let us talk of peace today

Mama Earth is crying
Watching her children die
Day and night she is trying
To get them to answer why

Are you not your brother's keeper?!
Descending from the same human race?
His life is surely not cheaper
Because he dwells in a different place!

Why waste money on weapons:
Guns, mines, missiles, bombs and granades
While starvation and disease worsens
Creating nations where poverty and misery cascade.....

Put down your guns!!
Peace and love try
Break bread and buns
Why fight brothers? Why?!
