You saw something in me
gratifying to your desires
for companionship
obviously you lack logic, common sense
you're highly mistaken
to think I was taken
by you, what you fell to see is:
YOUR EXISTENCE
IS CONVENIENCE
in my world
no emotional ties, or desires to be you "girl",
woman, lady, companion, or wife
there's nothing about you that says "i want you" in my life
no feelings that are ineffable
no mystery nothing unusual
except sexually
you suit me
but I want additional qualities
brain power, class, honesty
simply put
someone who's read a book
after grade school
that enhanced his knowledge
someone who can dress
for success
and has a swagger
someone who won't put a dagger
in my heart
with his lies and deceit
these attributes I require
to be blunt you not hired
as far being my man
